Linger Longer Homes has partnered with award-winning architects Harrison Design Associates to create a modern expression of quiet seclusion in a richly wooded retreat. Each home is carefully crafted and in tune with nature, both inside and out. The variety you find in Angel Pond gives just the right view, whether it is lake, a view of Angel Pond itself, The Creek Club course or the variety of looks through season changes. Everything adds up to an ideal environment where seeds are planted and experiences grow, from golfers to grandchildren and more. Angel Pond provides families with a chance to invest in a one-of-a-kind lifestyle — a beautiful, private setting; a quiet retreat reminiscent of those nearly 100 years ago.

Exclusive location, exemplary services, all with a rustic, comfortable place to retire after a game of golf; the Creek Club Cottages provide it all. The cottages feature 4,000 square feet of living space at Reynolds Plantation's member-only Creek Club, designed by Jim Engh. All have four bedrooms, four full-baths and two half-baths.
The design is high-end and high-quality, but what sets these homes apart is the level of service owners will enjoy. Cottage residents will be offered expanded concierge-like services, with amenity information at their fingertips. For those who will make the Cottages their second home, residents will be able to come and go at their leisure.
"These cottages epitomize a lifestyle with lock-it-and-leave-it ease, allowing golfers to relax and enjoy the luxury of the environment and the golf course," notes Bill Houghton, vice president of marketing at Reynolds Plantation. "It's this kind of convenience that the discerning golfer seeks, and these cottages are a perfect fit for that lifestyle."
The Creek Club Cottages offer three exterior options with a spacious floor plan. The entry features a large covered front porch with heavy timber post and bracket construction, the perfect setting for rocking chairs and relaxing. Inside, the Great Room impresses with an 18 foot high vaulted ceiling that opens to the kitchen and dining area. The Great Room's centerpiece is a stone veneer fireplace. Windows frame the main floor for an abundance of natural light and great panoramic views of the Creek Course. The kitchen is top-of-the-line; cooks will enjoy stainless steel appliances and a dining island with seating for four. The main level houses two of the four bedrooms: the owner's suite—which creates a spa experience with a Jacuzzi tub and glass enclosed shower—and the master suite. The main level has hardwood floors throughout. Additionally, the laundry/club storage area has stained wood golf bag storage cubbies and the outdoor great room features a built-in stone veneer 36" grill.
The lower level, called the club level, houses two bedrooms and is the perfect place for 19th hole cocktails. The Pub Room comes with a built-in bar with seating for four, with an under-the-counter KitchenAid ice maker and wine and beverage center. It too has a gas/wood burning stone veneer fireplace.
The exterior exudes rustic elegance. It is finished with premium quality Western Red Cedar stained shingle siding and Tennessee field stone foundation and accents.
The Creek Club Cottages' showpiece is the 2008 Travel + Leisure Golf Cottage. Once again, Reynolds Plantation has been chosen as the locale of a signature home. The Travel + Leisure Golf Cottage joins the Southern Living Idea House and the Golf Digest/Golf for Women Signature Home, which debuted in 2007.
"The Travel + Leisure Golf Cottage at Reynolds Plantation is a shining example of what our magazine is all about," says John Rodenburg, vice president/publisher of Travel + Leisure Golf Magazine. "The cottage provides a residential experience that celebrates a passion for the game and the many lifestyle activities that surround it. We're proud to be partnering with Reynolds Plantation on this project and look forward to staging special promotions that will allow our readers and clients the opportunity to sample this luxurious golf lifestyle first hand." The 2008 Travel + Leisure Golf Cottage is now open for tours.
