Professional Staff

Reynolds Plantation is committed to providing excellence in golf instruction, golf shops and personal service. Each of our golf shops is home to a PGA Professional who oversees a staff of assistant professionals:

Director of Golf and The National

Mark Lammi
Mark joined Reynolds Plantation in August of 2004, initially as the head professional at the National Course. In February of 2005, he was transferred to the Great Waters course as head professional. In February of 2006, Mark was promoted to director of golf. In this role Mark oversees all of the golf operations, including supervision over the golf shop and professional staff.

Mark joined Reynolds Plantation after three and a half years as head professional and PGA General Manager at Shaker Run Golf Club in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 2005 Mark attained his status as a PGA Master Professional in Golf Operations and is a graduate of the Professional Golf Management program at Penn State University.

The Plantation Course

Head Professional: Ryan MacNeill
Ryan was promoted to head professional at the Plantation Course in May of 2011. Ryan, who worked within the Disney organization as an assistant professional at the resort courses at Disney World, joined Reynolds Plantation in 2006 as an assistant at the Plantation Course. In 2010 he was transferred to the National Course and was the lead assistant at that operation, before returning to Plantation in 2011. Ryan is a graduate of Coastal Carolina where he received a business degree in marketing and has been a Class A member of the PGA of America since 2006.

The Landing Course and Great Waters

Head Professional: Scott Justman
Scott joined Reynolds Plantation after a prior internship with the company in 2004.  Scott completed his final internship at The National Course before his graduation from the Professional Golf Management program at Ferris State University.

In May of 2005, Scott began his tenure as an assistant professional at the National Course. In February of 2007, he was promoted to head professional at The Landing. In February of 2010, Scott also became the head professional at Great Waters in addition to his existing duties at The Landing Course.

The Oconee Course

Head Professional: Mike Davenport
Mike Davenport was named head professional at The Oconee Course in 2007. Most recently, Davenport served as head professional at Reynolds Landing. A six-year employee at Reynolds Plantation, Davenport has also served as Tournament Director, as well as assistant golf professional at Great Waters.

The Creek Club

Head Professional: Wesley Forester
Formerly head professional at an exclusive, private club in Maryland, Forester was also a head professional at The Plantation Course immediately prior to his appointment as head professional at The Creek Club.
