  • Analyst-RDMG - Reynolds Management and Development Group, a division of Reynolds Companies, is an Atlanta based real estate development firm with operations throughout the southeastern United States. Reynolds owns and operates resort and residential master planned communities (MPC’s) and pursues new acquisitions though its own real estate private equity fund and strategic relationships with third party institutional investors. Reynolds is seeking an Analyst to work closely with senior members of the management team. This person will be immersed in all aspects of multiple projects from inception through realization. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for performing financial analyses in support of underwriting new investments and meeting portfolio management needs. In addition, this position will include various real estate related research, analysis and general administrative duties as needed. Responsibilities: • Manage the annual business plan creation process with onsite project teams for multiple communities • Facilitate monthly and annual project reporting to senior management • Interface with project managers on a regular basis in the performance of day-to-day asset and portfolio management duties • Perform financial modeling and due diligence for the underwriting of new developments and investments; perform ad hoc modeling and analysis for portfolio management • Analyze land acquisition market research to determine prospective lucrative markets • Research geographically diverse real estate markets covering a variety of product types including land and residential • Assist with administrative duties as assigned, including production of presentation materials, reporting, and project and office document retention The qualified candidate must have: Minimum of two years experience at a development firm, real estate advisory firm, or real estate investment private equity firm. Advanced cash flow modeling skills (Excel-based programs; Argus experience a plus) and excellent proficiency with PowerPoint, MS Word and strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a small team environment as well as independently. Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree required in finance or real estate related field.   • Builder - South Atlanta - New Leaf Homes by Reynolds, an expanding privately owned, regional homebuilder, is seeking a Builder for immediate hire. The position is located in South Atlanta. The Builder will manage and supervise all aspects of constructing and servicing single-family residences, duplexes, townhomes, clubhouses, etc. The Builder is responsible for construction cost control, quality, cycle time and overall customer service and satisfaction. Position requires a minimum of five years experience managing and supervising residential construction. GSWCC Level 1A Erosion Control Certification required. Georgia Builder License and college degree preferred. Successful candidate will have the ability to read and understand grading and erosion control plans, construction drawings and detailed specifications.   • Restaurant Manager - Restaurant Manager will ensure that the level of service provides total member and guest satisfaction in dining and other food and beverage services, maintain a high standard of cleanliness and facilities maintenance in the clubhouse, and ensure proper accounting of sales, product transfers, and employee payroll. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role in a food and beverage operation, excellent customer service skills, possess great initiative and will have a passion for excellence. Manager's skills and responsibilities include: hands-on administration of restaurant, excellent communication skills within all levels of operations, leadership skills that provide direction and influence, ability to coach and train, act with intergrity, and has the ability to adapt.   • Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent - Reynolds Plantation is seeking a Second Assistant Golf Course Superintendent for the Oconee Course. The Second Assistant Superintendent will assist in managing the grooming and maintenance of the golf course with maximum playability as the goal. Responsibilities: • Directs and oversees daily activities, in conjunction with the Superintendent, and 1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendents • Manages staff in absence of Superintendent and 1st Assistant Golf Course Superintendents • Ensure work guidelines are followed • Ensures a safe and clean work environment for all employees by enforcing OSHA and EPA regulations in conjunction with the Safety Committee • Monitors staff performance with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, document necessary observations and help the Assistant Superintendent handle staff issues that arise in the Superintendent's absence • Supervises and participates in morning set-up of the golf course, monitor irrigation system and pump station • Scouts the golf course on a regular basis for insect, weed, and disease problems. Diagnose any observations and take corrective action after discussion with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent • Competent with irrigation management for cool and warm season turf varieties • Attends seminars and workshops for continued professional growth and development • Coordinates, schedules, and monitors special projects on the golf course • Communicates with the staff about improvements in procedure, equipment, etc. • Makes recommendations for improvements to procedure, equipment, etc. • Assists in maintaining all necessary documentation of applications The qualified candidate must have: Minimum of five years experience in golf course maintenance including total familiarity with calibration procedures for all applicable turf equipment; bent grass experience preferred. GA Pesticide License needed. Good working knowledge of MS Word and good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. BS or Associates degree required in Agronomy or Turf Grass Management.
